Welcome to Thoyz Transit. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of this website and set out the basis on which we provide our services. Thoyz provides managed employee transportation, which we operate ourselves, and it arranges trucking and warehousing services through a vetted partner network. The specific terms for any engagement, including scope, service levels, fees and liability, are set out in a separate written contract signed between you and us. Where that contract and these Terms differ, the contract prevails.
3. The website is informational
The content on this website is provided for general information. Figures, timelines, service descriptions and any regulatory statements are indicative and provided in good faith. Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a service relationship. Any offer we make is issued to you directly in a proposal or contract.

Any dispute about a charge is handled under the process set out in that contract, and where our billing is drawn from recorded trip data, a disputed line is resolved against that record.

This website, the Thoyz name and logo, the Thoyz OS platform, and all related text, graphics, software and design, are owned by Thoyz Transit Private Limited or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we are not responsible for decisions taken solely on the basis of indicative content on the website rather than a signed contract.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thoyz is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
